Family-Founded with Italian Roots

Dave Penzo has been cooking for over 30 years. His grandfather made pizza in Italy, and while it skipped a generation, the desire to make wonderful pizza built up in Dave until he started running the pizza truck with son Tyler. Year Two, son Luke Penzo joined them, and they have been cranking pizza ever since across Vermont. 2023 brings their pizza and cuisine to Montpelier!
